Looking for an individual who is a sincere advocate for the injured worker and professional in all aspects of their work.
A self-starter who is also a team player.
Candidate MUST be Up to Date with COVID-19 Vaccines.
Candidate MUST have a minimum 3 years Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant experience.
Candidate must possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Must be fluent in Spanish.
Advanced computer skills including MS Office and Adobe.
Ability to multi-task with excellent time management.
Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
? Working cases from inception to completion.
? Open, file and amend applications.
? Full working knowledge of EAMS filings ? File and serve documents ? Review, draft and respond to correspondence.
? Review and evaluate client files.
? Doctor, AME and Panel QME coordination.
? Social Security or SIBTF case experience a PLUS.
? Rating of cases.
? Prepare files for hearing and trials ? Drafting and organization of position letters.
? Miscellaneous responsibilities such as intake and reception Please submit resume with salary requirements.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
