4 6 hours ago Full Job Description INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency located in Huntington Beach, CA, is searching for a seasoned ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR to join our growing Hyundai team! Local candidates only, please.
We are a hybrid work environment.
Our ideal candidate must have a mix of traditional and social experience.
The role will manage the day-to-day business of our Hyundai Brand, including oversight of a special new project from our brand partnerships & innovations team.
You are a proactive thought leader with great relationship and management skills, and in-depth knowledge of agency processes.
The role will run day-to-day projects autonomously, knowing when to uplevel as needed.
The supervisor will manage an Account Executive, with oversight and leadership support from a VP, Account Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Daily contact and relationship building with a variety of different clients and departments within Hyundai Organize project timelines, budgets and team workflow delegation with Project Management Team Interface with marketing partners to facilitate content delivery, production and strategy Manage finance process on the agency and client side, including billing and job tracking Facilitate internal creative development, including kick-offs, working with strategist on briefs, meeting facilitation, client feedback, product & legal reviews Coordinate with Production and Finance team to vet all production logistics/bidding of jobs Maintain project status documents and hold check-ins to gauge progress Interface with Business affairs to ensure vet all creative usage/licensing Enthusiastically represent the team to clients, partners and within INNOCEAN DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 6
years of Account Management experience at an advertising agency Strong understanding of and passion for Automotive Industry Overseeing Integrated Campaigns is highly preferred Ability to think strategically Ability to time manage, meet deadlines and multi-task Comfortable presenting and communicating with client and internal teams Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, diligence, and sense of ownership Proactive thinker, communicator, and problem-solver Knowledgeable in MS software (Word, Power Point, and Excel), Google Docs and highly skilled in presentation deck development (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc) BENEFITS 3 PPO Medical Plans through Anthem to choose from at low cost Free Dental and Vision 401k - up to 6% match at.

Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to:
