Ability to screen incoming calls and messages, from new and existing patients, as well as remain calm and collected with any type of call or personality.
We are a small IV Hydration Clinic helping to assist people to better health, utilizing a natural, common sense approach and care and compassion to each individual.
Our main goal is to ensure that every patient has a positive experience when interacting with every member of our team during their healing process.

Responsibilities:
Administrative support:
Answering and routing phone calls Manage main email account, route and respond to inbound emails Serve as first point of contact for initial patient inquiries, answering questions, providing information, scheduling and setting up patients with intake forms through our EHR patient portal General office work-sorting mail, scanning documents, receiving and sending faxes, paying bills, organizing office, upkeep of inventory, supplies and subscriptions, etc.
Personal assistant tasks for Director Document preparation on behalf of Director Coordinating and planning office events and parties Data tracking, spreadsheet management, data entry Maintain confidential files Understand the Director's goals and objectives in order to operate for the good of the company as a whole Screen Director's incoming telephone calls and mail, and respond as necessary.
Maintain confidential information with superior judgment and discretion Ability to manage multiple projects and people simultaneously Possess a positive, problem solving attitude Proficient in Excel, computer work, and maintaining updates on computers and printers Ability to field and address staff and patient concerns Stringent adherence and knowledge of HIPAA laws Efficient and timely entry of data to biller for insurance claims submissions Assist providers when navigating patient/client questions regarding insurance and payments as well as assist clients with insurance questions, as needed Verify, with the assistance of our insurance biller, patient insurance eligibility and coverage Assist Director in developing, implementing and revising departmental policies and procedures Skills and Requirements:
