Small forensic accounting firm is seeking a person to work a part-time position.
We would prefer a person in office 5 days a week (Monday through Friday) from 9:
00 AM to 2:
00 or 3:
00 in the afternoon.
The position is an administrative position with some work in the following areas:
bookkeeping answering calls and taking messages data entry work reconciling bank and credit card accounts.
We specialize in income tax, sales tax, payroll tax, light financial work, and expert witness work for the legal arena.
Must be proficient with QuickBooks 2017 and newer, 10-key, and Excel.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and has a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
Proficient in QuickBooks 2017 and newer(desktop and online) Administrative Duties Data entry that is efficient and accurate Able to work independently and multi-task Able to reconcile bank and credit card statements Job Type:
