accounting, architecture, business, engineering, management Has CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) Acts as a buffer between the Corporate Office and the rest of the team working on a project Responsible for construction project setup, drawing coordination with the Engineer, Architect, Interior Designer, General Contractor, NRO team per assignment.
Coordinate between contractor and architect/ interior designer for any changes in plan and inspection schedule.
Support opening team with equipment testing/demo; and support accounting team with inventory check Maintain frequent communication with Corporate Office/ Contractors/ Vendors/ NRO to update related parties on changes Works with spreadsheets and reporting, maintains and fills paperwork Works mainly in the company's main office, but needs to be able to travel to project sites per request.
Must be Highly Organized, Well Planned, People Oriented and Business Oriented Must be result and very deadline oriented Job Type:
