Surf City Oral Surgery is looking to add a new Administrative Team Member who brings incredible communication skills and customer service savvy to our warm and welcoming, patient-centered practice.
Must appreciate attention to detail, multi-tasking and serving people well in a professional environment.
We are looking for an applicant with a positive and friendly work demeanor.
Duties include marketing to our referring dental offices, treatment planning, greeting patients, answering phones, check insurance benefits as needed, collecting in-office payments, and working with DSN dental software.
We have a great team and will be moving into our brand new facility soon.
Applicant must have a least 2 years dental administrative experience or dental assisting experience, be reliable, and provide excellent patient service in person and on the phone.
Full time employment (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm).
No evenings or weekends! Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
