Administrative Assistant

Adecco is hiring immediately for Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in Huntington Beach, CA. The Administrative Assistant will handle essential tasks with one of our premier clients with starting pay at $20.00/hr., plus available overtime.



As an Administrative Assistant, you will be answering a multi-line phone, preparing coordinating mailings, maintaining files/filing, taking inventory and placing orders, preparing correspondence, and providing administrative support.
Requirements:



  • At least 1-3 years of office front desk or administrative experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • This is a start up so we will need the candidate to be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and take initiative when necessary.
  • Should demonstrate resourcefulness and a desire to learn.
  • Professional demeanor
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office:
    Intermediate software skills (Word, Excel) are required.
  • Schedule and book meetings and travel, as needed -
