Essential Duties:
- Prepare parts for coating using established methods.
- Operate coating equipment, including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems.
- Monitor equipment and gauges to identify defects.
- Bake parts at specified temperatures.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines for a secure work environment.
- Maintain equipment through proper cleaning and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the team to meet quality and on-time performance goals.
- Address discrepancies, solve problems, and implement solutions effectively.
Required Skills:
