. HB Mobilehome Community is looking for a maintenance person who has the ability to interact effectively with tenants, homeowners and management. Must be a team player. Duties include:
Respond to work orders
Preventative Maintenance
Janitorial Duties
Make minor repairs to cabinets, drawers, etc.
Conduct unit inspections
Painting/Drywall- Ability to make repairs to drywall, texture, taping and painting.
Plumbing- Ability to complete minor repairs, replace sinks, garbage disposals, toilets, water heaters, etc.
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain current auto insurance.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
