Clinic Administrator - Urgent Care Supervisor

We are recruiting for a sharp, intuitive Clinic Office Manager to run the office operations of 2 busy locations. We need someone who knows how to manage multiple personalities with grace and diplomacy, and who can be a leader and a role model for the rest of our staff. This is a very independent position with little oversight and trust is a key factor.
Responsibilities of the Clinic Administrator:
-Direct, supervise and evaluate work activities of medical, nursing, technical, clerical, service, maintenance, and other personnel.
-Review and analyze facility activities and data to aid planning and cash and risk management and to improve service utilization.
-Plan, implement and administer programs and services in a health care or medical facility, including personnel administration, training, and coordination of medical & nursing staff.
-Direct or conduct recruitment, hiring and training of personnel.
-Establish work schedules and assignments for staff, according to workload, space and equipment availability.
-Maintain awareness of advances data processing technology, government regulations, and health insurance changes.
-Maintain computerized record management systems to store and process data such as personnel activities and information, and to produce reports.
Requirements:
-Bachelors degree in a health related industry.
-5-7 years clinical/medical management required.
-EMR system knowledge.
-RN or LVN preferred.
-Evidence of superior direct employee management.
-Reliable transportation.
This is a full-time exempt position requiring independent thought and judgement, and the ability to work weekends on a rotation. Some travel is required between our different offices.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
