Administrative Office Manager

We are a well-established manufacturer of consumer products, located in Huntington Beach, CA. We are looking for an Admin Office Manager with AP/AR and IT experience. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, have extensive computer knowledge, and possess the following skills:
o Proven proficiency with ERP software, Sage, Mas90, or other ERP and CRM software required.
o IT experience including knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must with proven proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
o Knowledge and experience with AR/AP.
o Experience with order processing including EDI procedures.
The qualified candidate will display initiative, have good communication skills and will handle Office Admin responsibilities. If you have the qualifications outlined above and are interested in working for an innovative, dynamic company then we want to hear from you.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
