OSP Engineer II
This individual is a Telecommunications Professional and must be capable of engineering routine and specific outside plant work orders, both distribution and feeder, FIOS and BAU.
Requirements:
Must be capable of providing administrative and field support to the outside plant work forces.
Must have 2 year field engineering experience.
Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
Must have some knowledge and experience of computer drafting systems, Microsoft Suite and would be preferred, but not required.
Must be able to learn methods and procedures quickly.
Must be able to interact with the local municipalities and construction/maintenance forces. Must have their own transportation
Duties will likely include FTTP QC and W.O. release, DOR oversight, JPA F48 job creation and release, IVAPP and AAIS updates and PAR/ER SME.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
