Responsibilities As an Outreach Specialist, you hold a pivotal position in the organization by utilizing your sales skills and being the patient's first point of contact. With a consultative, compassionate approach, you will reach out to patients introducing them to Landmark Health and our unique program. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to patients and answer inbound calls Schedule patients for their first visit Perform special projects as needed Qualifications Experience you'll need : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Experience with inside sales or outside sales & customer service Bilingual candidate (preferred, but not required) Outreach careers at Landmark enjoy the following
