Responsibilities:
Collaborates with the Talent Development and Operations teams to assess, design, develop, implement, and evaluate engaging eLearning solutions across all levels of the organization.
Design and develop eLearning courseware, and publish content to the learning management systems (BJ's Academy and BJ's Compass)
Responsible for administration, and support for Learning Management Systems
Thoroughly understands all training materials and the methods of implementation
Work with the Talent Development team to translate Operational rollouts and procedures into compelling and effective training courses including written, video, Instructor Led training and e-learning formats.
Assist with companywide roll outs, menu, training materials and operational objectives alongside the Operations team
Apply knowledge of eLearning instructional design and adult learning theory to design and develop course content, (print and eLearning) working collaboratively with subject matter experts, trainers, and others as needed. This includes designing, developing and/or editing guides, PowerPoint content, workbooks, activities, and eLearning modules.
Uses technical writing skills to develop curricula and instructional materials including posters, documentation, manuals, job-aids, quick- reference guides, and other blended learning format.
Support multiple training projects with overlapping timelines; create and maintain action plans, and provide updates
Collect and analyze program data to in evaluate training courses and program effectiveness; identify problem areas and make recommendations for improvements
Actively research evolving trends in the field of learning and recommend innovative training tools and technique to deliver cutting-edge design solutions.
Develop, promote, and convey new training ideas to the team
Develops high quality curriculum and course development
Work closely with the talent development team to identify learning methods and develop training materials focused on defined learning and program
Possess accuracy of training material, policies, and procedures documentation and is responsible for continuity updates of all documents
Qualifications:
Must be able to work in an environment that requires you to multi task and perform well under shifting deadlines
Approachable and solution-oriented when presented with challenges or issues
Able to excel in a collaborative environment, but also take ownership of projects
Write clear, concise, accurate, and usable documentation. Apply grammar rules and style guidelines consistently.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required; Cornerstone On Demand system preferred
Extensive working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), as well as strong PowerPoint and MS Office Word skills; HTML
Extensive knowledge of multi-media interactive authoring software. Experience with Captivate, Creative Suite, Storyline and Flash or related software highly desired.
Experience designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating eLearning courseware required.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills as well as a service-oriented philosophy.
Ability to work independently, balances multiple tasks, build project plans, and execute project tasks on schedule
Experience working with team members remotely, using phone, email and online collaboration tools effectively
Training Within Industry knowledge or certification is preferred
Actively seeks and incorporates feedback
Willingness to learn, while also contributing proactive strategies
Able to work a flexible schedule as business needs require
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
